We are thrilled to have been awarded Charity of the Year at the Calderdale Community Spirit Awards!
Last night we were honoured to accept Charity of the Year! Vicky Ledwidge, our Centre Leader said "I am still a little shocked, I genuinely was not expecting the big award. This award is absolute testament to the strength and hard work of our wider team. The Centre is what it is because of the staff and volunteers that put so much into making it run"

Denise Keenan or 'Mama Denise' as she is known by our Centre Users received the hugely deserved Outstanding Achievement Award!
Denise is the soul of the Centre. She has been the life and hub here since the very beginning 50 years ago. She has dedicated her world to the most vulnerable in our community for decades and it comes from her heart. We are so proud that Denise has been awarded with this recognition. Her care and love to all that walk through our doors is humbling and we are truly lucky to have her and to work with her on her very valuable legacy! WELL DONE DENISE!
