This week has been #volunteersweek and to celebrate we've been speaking to some of the amazing people who make up our dedicated team of volunteers to find out their 'St. Augustine's story'. We're hoping to share these over the coming weeks. In the meantime we're saying goodbye to Richard, one of kitchen volunteers who has been helping with lunch on Tuesday's for 4 years! As many of you know, we have a brilliant team of cooks and kitchen assistants who provide a hot, nutritious meal for the community 4 days a week. Thank you for everything that you do!

This #fundingfriday we are saying thank you to Awards for All for funding our Welcome Cafe and Community Lunch! As many of our supporters know, the Community Lunch is a very important community resource. Not only does it provide people with a hot, nutritious meal 4 days a week, but it also provides the space for people to come and socialise and make new friends. Don't forget that the next Clarke family walk is this evening! Pick up will be from the Centre at 6pm. This will be a medium to hard walk (around 3 hours long for fit walkers) to see the beautiful rhododendron flowers. They will bring snacks, just make sure to wear warm clothes, good shoes and bring lots of enthusiasm and energy!
